Join the 31 Day Water Challenge offered through the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Chowan and Bertie County Centers. This challenge gives participants some Healthy competition by competing against themselves and those in the county to drink and log in 64 oz of water a day through the month of July. Register below and receive a free water bottle. You will receive a weekly login to keep up with your daily water intake.
