Attention Farmers!
Does your Pesticide license need to be renewed this year?N.C. Cooperative Extension, Chowan County Center will be offering three trainings on March 19, 2024.
9-11 am- Pesticide V Training -Edward Godfrey, Agriculture Agent from Bertie County will be co-teaching with Clay Hudson, Pesticide Inspector. 2 hours of V credits
11 am-12 pm- Soil Fumigation- Edward Godfrey- Agriculture Agent from Bertie County. 1 hour each of N, D, X, S, Z(SF)
12 pm-1 pm- Paraquat Training- Memphis Slade-Credle, Agriculture Agent from Tyrrell.County. 1 hour each of N, D, X, O
You can register for one class or all three. You do not have to stay for all three classes unless you need the additional credits. If you have questions please call Mary Morris @ 252-482-6585. There will be no lunch included.
