Med Instead of Meds "Cook Along" Classes

Don't hesitate to sign up for the Albemarle Get Fit Program by Albemarle Regional Health Services. Sign up is on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025, from 4:30 -6 pm at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Chowan County Center Ag Building. Once you sign up, you are eligible to participate in the Med Instead of Meds "Cook Along" virtual cooking classes.
