Chowan County 4-H presents… Summer Blast 2014 What is Summer Blast? Summer Blast includes programs for youth ages 5-18 & is provided Chowan County 4-H & Cooperative Extension.  Each class is designed to be fun, educational, and a hands-on learning experience.  Classes are set up by age range, and we ask youth to register for classes based upon their current age as of registering for Summer Blast.
