It’s time to start thinking about those District Activity Day (DAD) presentations! DAD will be held on Tuesday, June 24th at Martin Community College.
District Activity Day is a great opportunity for youth to develop their public speaking skills. Youth select any topic of interest, prepare a poster or PowerPoint presentation and present to a panel of judges. Youth will present at County Activity Day on June 11th at the Chowan Extension Office and District Activity Day on June 24th at Martin Community College.
Need help with your presentation? Ms. Camaryn will host working sessions on May 14th, 21st, and 28th from 4 p.m.-5 p.m. at the Chowan Extension Office.
Congress delegates that participate in District Activity Day will be awarded a $50 discount for Congress.
