It’s time to enroll in 4-HOnline for 2026! 4-HOnline is the registration system that North Carolina 4-H utilizes to manage youth and volunteer participation. An ‘active’ status in 4-HOnline is required to be eligible to participate in Chowan County 4-H programs. Youth ages 5-18 (as of January 1st) are eligible to participate!
