Our kit registration format is moving from Google Forms to Eventbrite. When you click the registration link below, you will be taken to a page with a green "Register" button. Hit that button. The next screen will ask how many "tickets" (kits) you'd like. If you have 1 child, select 1 ticket. If you have 3 children, select 3 tickets. Then hit the orange "Register" button. Under Contact Information, you will enter YOUR (parent/guardian) info. Under Ticket 1 - General Admission is where you will enter information for each child you are registering. After you submit, you will get an email confirmation from Eventbrite; you can disregard this. When kits are ready to be picked up, I will send out an email from cibyrum@ncsu.edu with pick up instructions.
