It's time to start thinking about those District Activity Day (DAD) presentations! DAD will be held on Friday, June 21st at Edgecombe Community College.
District Activity Day is a great opportunity for youth to develop their public speaking skills. Youth select any topic of interest, prepare a poster or PowerPoint presentation and present to a panel of judges. Youth will present at County Activity Day on June 14th at the Chowan Extension Office and District Activity Day on June 21st at Edgecombe Community College.
Need help with your presentation? Ms. Camaryn will host working sessions on May 15th, 22nd, 29th and June 5th from 4pm-5pm at the Chowan Extension Office.
Congress delegates that participate in District Activity Day will be awarded a $50 discount for Congress.
