The Chowan County Cooperative Extension is offering a "Summer Canning Series". In these hands-on classes you will learn the basics of Hot Water Canning and Pressure Canning. The classes costs $10 per person per class and will be held at the Chowan County Extension Ag. Building 730 N Granville St. Edenton NC.
