N.C. Cooperative Extension, Chowan County Center will be hosting a Pickled Beets Canning Class on July 23, 2025 on the basics of making pickles. In this class we will have hands on canning participation from the attendees. This class costs $10 per person and will be held on July 23, 2025 from 5:30-7:30 pm at the Chowan County Ag Building.
