July Water Challenge

Hydration is super important to stay healthy. This challenge encourages participants to drink 64 oz of water daily from July 7th to July 31st.

N.C. Cooperative Extension, Chowan County Center will be promoting drinking water during the month of July. Sign up and keep a log of how much water you are drinking everyday. If you need a water bottle please contact Mary Morris and one will be provided for you.

The goal is to drink 64 oz of water a day (8 glasses of water or 4 Bottles of Water 16.9 FL OZ)

Each Monday you will be sent a weekly log in and helpful tips for keeping hydrated. Please sign up to get the weekly log-in link. Email or call Mary Morris at mary_morris@ncsu.edu or 252-482-6585 for any questions.

Cost is $5.

The July Water Challenge will start on July 7th.

For those who log in and record their personal water intake for each week they will be entered into a drawing for a 40 oz stainless steel water cup. All recordings need to be entered by August 1st to be entered into the drawing. The drawing will be held on August 4th at 5pm and the winner will be notified.
