N.C. The Cooperative Extension, Chowan County Center, will host a Canning Class on August 20, 2025, covering basic Hot Water Bath Canning while making Fig Jam. In this class, we will have hands-on canning participation from the attendees. This class costs $10 per person and will be held on August 20, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Chowan County Ag Building.
